“Forest Trails Bill” in Congress: BCH letters requested

As discussed during BCHA’s recent calls with state presidents and officers, representatives Cynthia Lummis (R-WY) and Tim Walz (D-MN) reintroduced our “Forest Trails” bill last month in the U.S. House of Representatives.

The bill is titled H.R. 845, the National Forest System Trails Stewardship Act. Information on the bill can be found at the BCHA website: http://www.bcha.org/blog/

BCHA and its partners worked over 3 years to get to this point. We are very supportive of the bill. I hope you are willing to demonstrate support for the bill with your letters to these members of Congress.
